The mission of USPCG is to help, through it’s supporters, to break the loneliness and isolation experienced by so many behind the concrete walls and razor wires of the American prisons.

We are a UK based organisation that encourages people around the world to write as pen pals to gay US prisoners.

USPCG has always worked on an 'In Confidence' basis and your address is not disclosed to any third party or sold for any mailing purpose to any other organization. There is no registration or membership ‘fee’ USPCG is voluntary and unaided.
